Our brand-new show, River Cottage: Three Go Mad, gets underway at 8pm.

Actors Philip Glenister and Keeley Hawes – stars of the '80s-inspired cop show 'Ashes To Ashes' and Felicity Kendal, the original poster girl for smallholders, join Hugh at River Cottage HQ for two days of good cooking and fun on the farm.

Hugh will introduce the famous trio to the ways of River Cottage; the importance of seasonal, ethical produce and the delights of homegrown, home-cooked food.

There's plenty of adventures and tasty food to be enjoyed along the way, from fishing trips to catch creatures of the deep to forages with hedgrow hero John Wright for earthy secrets. Watch the trailer here >

We've created an exclusive one-day experience based on the Channel 4 TV programme, to go with our variety of unique courses in which we celebrate our famous approach to all things food.
