Tonight the bream team flex their mussels at River Cottage HQ
It's fish week, and tonight the trio flex their mussels with Hugh combining leeks and cider while Kasper Gaard is pushing out the (Viking) boat with his recipe of smoked mussels with tart sea buckthorn berries and vanilla sauce. However guest chef Euten Lindsay is out to trump the pair with his own dish of steamed mussels with chilli and ginger. But who will woo judge Nick Fisher, author of River Cottage Fish?
