River Cottage January

Thinking ahead to spring

With Christmas festivities behind us and the days gradually getting longer, our thoughts are eagerly turning to spring. We're looking forward to spotting our first snow drops and the glimpsing the unfurling of leaves at the start of the growing season; it's a beautiful time to visit River Cottage HQ.

With that in mind, we've released tickets for our River Cottage Food Fair in May. It promises to be a foodie paradise with cookery demos, tastings and wild food foraging.

We've also got Easter and Mother's Day covered with dining events and cookery courses - the perfect way to get the family together and celebrate the end of winter.
