Thinking ahead to spring With Christmas festivities behind us and the days gradually getting longer, our thoughts are eagerly turning to spring. We're looking forward to spotting our first snow drops and the glimpsing the unfurling of leaves at the start of the growing season; it's a beautiful time to visit River Cottage HQ.   With that in mind, we've released tickets for our River Cottage Food Fair in May. It promises to be a foodie paradise with cookery demos, tastings and wild food foraging.   We've also got Easter and Mother's Day covered with dining events and cookery courses - the perfect way to get the family together and celebrate the end of winter.
Game Cookery Don't miss our last Game course of the season, on 24 Jan. A fantastic hands-on course.   Chocolate Skills and Cookery Calling all chocoholics - you'll love this day of learning the best ways to work with chocolate.  Bread Making Learn how to make delicious real bread with us and abandon the ready-sliced loaf.
Valentine's Night Enjoy a special Valentine's evening at River Cottage with a sumptuous four course meal. Friday Night at River Cottage A foodie evening where the River Cottage ethos, food and atmosphere take centre stage. Mother's Day at River Cottage Part cookery course and part dining experience, treat your mum to an amazing day on the farm.
A Scandinavian Adventure Hugh's new three-part series sees him delve into the culture, landscapes, cuisines and architecture of Scandinavia. It will hit Channel 4 in February, stayed tuned! Canteen Mini Courses We have launched cookery demos at our Plymouth and Bristol canteens. The sessions will feature topics like chocolate, bread and fish.
