Are you spring cleaning?


It’s that time of year when we spring clean our lives. So if you’re on a mission to get ‘out with the old and in with the new’, then what are you going to do? We’ve got great ideas to kick start your spring clean.

Why not try a new course at River Cottage HQ? Sample one of our canteens you haven’t tried yet? Or get your hands on our new handbook and start curing and smoking at home.
 
It’s also that time of year when we’re launching our Young Chef Apprentice Scheme. If you, or someone you know, wants to get into the world of catering and dining then this could be the perfect place to start.
