We’ve released three exciting new courses to the schedule at our award winning Cookery School; Shellfish Cookery, Preserves and Cheese Making.
Led by our expert tutors, we welcome back “Pam the Jam” and “Liz the Pickle” for our Preserves course. Award-winning cheesemaker Tom Calver, from Westcombe Dairy, will be leading the Cheese Making day and our own Head Chef, Gelf Alderson, will be teaching you the essentials on Shellfish Cookery.
Whether you're a beginner or an accomplished home cook, our new courses will provide you with inspiration and skills to use in your own kitchen.
