Autumn has arrived and Park Farm is looking beautiful with leaves beginning to turn rusty brown, and lots of delicious hedgerow berries.

As the season changes and we get ready for the winter months why not come on one of our fantastic meat courses. You might like to join us for the Pig in a Day or the Meat Curing and Smoking course with Steven Lamb our meat expert, or perhaps you’d prefer Nose-to-tail, Game Cookery or Lamb and Mutton in a Day.

Whether you have a small holding and want to learn how to make the very best of your animals, or perhaps you dream of making your own dry-cured streaky bacon for the perfect bacon sandwich, we have a course which will help you.

You might cook braised pork shoulder with herbs and lemon using meat from our Oxford Sandy & Black pigs, or perhaps venison steak au poivre will be on the menu.
