Exciting opportunities... Are you a budding chef? Fancy learning the front of house trade? We’re looking for young people across the south west to join our apprenticeship scheme and train with us. We’ll teach you the principles of sustainable, local, organic and wild food plus as much culinary experience as you can handle! Our Chef Tutor team, who between them have over 50 years’ experience in the industry, are at your disposal! Recently our Lead Chef Tutor, Gary Richmond, was awarded the Prince Philip Medal for his Outstanding Contribution to the Hospitality Industry. This is a great chance to earn while you learn. Two Days at River Cottage A fun and thorough introduction to the culinary world, spend two days with us in foodie heaven! Saturday Night Celebrate great food, live music and excellent company at our ultimate dining experience.	Summer Nights Enjoy those balmy summer nights with this special event, featuring four courses from our kitchen.	Wine & Dine Join us for a tour of Castlewood Vineyard followed by a delicious two-course lunch at River Cottage.
