One Day Cookery Course at River Cottage HQ Can't see this email? View online Hello there, Our One Day Cookery Course is a marvellous opportunity to spend some quality time in the kitchen. We look at where ingredients are from and how to use them effectively and deliciously. We aim to build confidence and enthusiasm in all our students so that you leave with plenty of new ideas and the knowledge to give them a go. Summer is a colourful, bountiful and beautiful time at River Cottage. Tomatoes will soon be in full swing, coming in warm from the polytunnels along with bushy green top fennel. In the kitchen garden we'll have beetroots to use - the root, stem and greens going into warm salads and soups. I really enjoy getting to know each group of students.
