July's cornucopia of deliciousness... July is the month we've all been waiting for - al fresco dining at every opportunity and a cornucopia of fresh fruit and veg to enjoy. But it's not just our garden that is busy, here at River Cottage HQ we also have a packed schedule of exciting events and courses over the next couple of months - the highlight being our Summer Fair. Our Chefs' School team are also in action, receiving applications from budding chefs for our Young Chef Apprenticeship Scheme. Do you know a young person who could benefit from our apprenticeships? Let them know! The scheme starts in September and applications are now open.
