On Thursday 24 September our resident curing and smoking expert, Steven Lamb, will be hosting an extra-special evening on the farm and YOU are invited!  A familiar face from our TV series and part of the River Cottage team from the start, Steven will be demonstrating the artisan craft of meat curing before sitting down to a three course feast.  Book now for An Evening with Steven Lamb. Steven teaches on our Meat Curing and Smoking course plus our popular Build and Bake course, where you learn to build an outdoor clay oven and bake incredible fresh bread. Pig in a Day is another popular course taught by him, where you can master the art of pig butchery from nose-to-tail. You can also catch Steven at our Summer Fair, 15-16 August, where he will be hosting events on the main stage. Tickets are available here.
