A patron and judge at The World Marmalade Awards, you could say Pam knows a thing or two about preserves. After setting up Thursday Cottage in 1989, Pam spent many industrious years getting to know and understand jam really well. Joining the River Cottage team in 2002, Pam started to run a jam making course and wrote the River Cottage handbooks, Preserves and Cakes.
