We’ll teach you the principles of sustainable, local, organic and wild food plus as much culinary experience as you can handle! Our Chef Tutor team, who between them have over 50 years’ experience in the industry, are at your disposal giving you the best possible start to your career in food. You will be placed in a restaurant, hotel or pub close to where you live and come to train at River Cottage HQ two days a month. This is a great chance to earn while you learn and is completely free for 16-23 year olds. Do you know a young person who could benefit? Let them know!
