Hello! The signs of spring are all around here on the farm - from the scent of the air in the morning to the sunshine that's appeared this week. Emerald green wild garlic is about to emerge in our woodlands and we're seeing the first of the nettles in our hedgerows.  

As always, it's been a busy month. Hugh has been back on the campaign trail, highlighting the shocking amount of coffee cups that get thrown into landfill - over 7 million a day in the UK alone! Our award-winning apprenticeship scheme is back and open for applications, so apply now or share with someone who might be interested. Finally, our Food Fair in May is nearly sold out - only Monday tickets are left, so grab one quick!
