Dear ,
Hopefully you have had plenty of time to look around our new website, and that you like our new look.  In this newsletter we have our Menu for May, which features two particular ingredients that are plentiful this month, crab and rhubarb, and our What Should you be Cooking this Month?, page has a whole selection of recipes using seasonal ingredients.

Fingers crossed the sunshine will come back soon and we will all be able to get the barbecues out again, so optimistically we have added a collection of Delia's recipes for a quick reference.  But if you are stuck indoors why not try making muffins?  They are so quick and easy to make, look really impressive and if you see fresh rhubarb in the supermarket you can make Delia's Rhubarb and Orange Muffins.

Happy cooking!
