Our Menu of the Month for June has recipes all from Delia's Summer Collection book, which despite being 23 years old is still as popular today as it was in 1993. A starter of Piedmont Roasted Peppers, is followed by Chicken with Sherry Vinegar and Tarragon Sauce, with Fresh Peaches Baked in Marsala with Mascarpone Cream for dessert.
