For our Menu of the Month in July we have a really colourful starter of Roasted Vegetable Couscous with Harissa-Style Dressing. A combination of goats' cheese, couscous and a spicy dressing creates a recipe which Delia says is "positively five-star". Our main course is Foil-baked Whole Fresh Salmon with Green Herb Mayonnaise, and finally for dessert Delia's Very Easy One-crust Gooseberry Pie, which really is simple to make, and a great recipe for someone who is not so confident with pastry.
