AUGUST MENU OF THE MONTH
Our menu for August would be great eaten outside if the weather is good. English Potted Crab served with Irish Soda Bread to start with, followed by Baked Leg of Lamb is the main event, sprinkled with chopped rosemary and wrapped in foil to keep it nice and juicy while it cooks. For dessert, Summer Fruit Millefeuille, delicate slivers of caramelised flaky pastry layered with a cream and fruit filling.
