Don't even think about chucking away any leftovers from your Christmas when there are so many ways you can use them up. Use any remaining turkey for curries and soups, Stilton (or any hard cheese) for rarebit and souffles; and if you are really clever, you will be able to put off trailing around the supermarket - yet again - for a few more days!
