An easy cake of the week: Viennese Tartlets

Delia's recipe for Viennese Tartlets is a really easy one for children to follow.  Once the mixture is combined, simply divide between paper cases and bake.  The morello cherry jam is added while they are warm so it absorbs into the tarts.  A word of warning though, these little tartlets are extremely moreish!
