It's all go at River Cottage this August

The sun is currently beaming down on the  River Cottage farm and the heady scent of summer flowers and fresh cut grass fills the air. The gardens are brimming with fresh produce, including cucumbers, sweet corn and tomatoes. So with such an abundance of produce our chefs are frantically making roasted tomato sauce, smoked tomatillo salsa and sauerkraut with the last of the summer cabbages, to name but a few, to capture the essence of summer to be used for the rest of the year. But don't wait too long, come and pay us a visit!
