As the nights draw in, the change in season is apparent wherever you look at River Cottage HQ. Yellows, reds and oranges replace the vibrant greens of summer in the kitchen garden, and our autumn crop of kale, parsnips and fennel, continue to make their way into the appreciative hands of our chefs.
