At this moment, the sun is shining down on River Cottage HQ and out of the window the newly born lambs can be seen in the fields. Spring is fianlly here! The first of our outdoor spring courses begin this month and our guests are making the most of the lighter evenings and can be seen strolling around the farm before they settle down at the table for their evening feasts.
