Three is the magic number at River Cottage this Autumn.
Hugh's latest book, Hugh's Three Good Things, has of course hit the shelves. The exciting news is that the TV series, with the same title, gets underway next Monday (5 November) and will be on More4 each weekday. What's more if you miss a single episode you can catch-up with the Sunday afternoon omnibus on Channel 4. So that's Hugh and River Cottage, six days a week for five weeks, and it goes without saying that there'll be plenty of fantastic, mouth-watering, seasonal cookery.
It really is that simple. So here's three great ways to make sure you don't miss out . . .
Make your time in the kitchen, easy, fun and creative with the book: Hugh's Three Good Things. It's full of lovely, easy mouth watering dishes all made using this blisfully simple formula of three simple ingredents. Hugh shared his magic formula with us in the River Cottage kitchen garden in this short video.
You can grab loads of Hugh's new recipes for free on our website. That's also where you'll find every single dish from the new TV series. Or why not add your own take on his magic formula? We really want to see what you can do, and we'll be giving away the biggest-ever River Cottage giveaway, worth over £2,000, during the series if you can successfully challenge Hugh. Keep your eyes peeled for that one.
