Our Fruitshare project is making a real difference across Britain. "Fruit is obviously important for children," says Lynfa Jenkins, head teacher at Gloucestershire's Innsworth Junior School. "It's much better for children to learn about healthy eating if they're responsible for growing their own fruit." She added: "We have an ecology area with fruit trees and bushes and a pumpkin patch. And we thought the more the merrier."
