It's back! We're on the lookout for the next young face of our Chefs' School... We’re looking for one inspirational character to become the face of our Young Chef Apprenticeship Scheme, gaining a once-in-a-life time opportunity to secure 12 months' employment and training right here at River Cottage HQ, Park Farm. Here we start the search for one amazing person who shares our passion for fantastic, seasonal food to become our Rising Star 2014. Do you fit the bill? Perhaps you know someone who does?
