We're looking to find an inspirational character amonst the best of Britain's young cooks. You can follow in the footsteps of last year's champion, Sam Lomas, and become River Cottage's Rising Star 2014. You'll not only become the face of our Young Chef Apprenticeship Scheme, you'll gain a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to secure 12 months' employment and training here at River Cottage. You'll star in videos, cook for distinguished guests and be at the forefront of our activity. To enter, all you need is culinary flair and a smartphone.
