Experience our award-winning cookery school and the ‘best of’ River Cottage, by joining us for a One Day Cookery Course this year.
This is the ultimate gift for foodies, from amateur chefs to experienced cooks, this course has something to offer everyone. The day includes five skill-based sessions, covering everything from preparing and cooking meat, fish and veg to making the perfect loaf and an irresistible dessert.
If you visit us in the summer you’ll likely be using the glut of organic veggies (straight from our kitchen garden) in top quality dishes. If you visit us in winter you’ll be using seasonal game varieties and creating warming delights. You of course won't leave us hungry, as you end the day in style with a three course scrumptious feast!
We usually run three or four One Day Cookery Courses per month. This course, a packed day full of expert tuition, is priced at £230.
