Delia's recipe for Parmesan-baked Parsnips can be prepared 24 hours in advance, a godsend when you are trying to get everything cooked and timing is crucial. Give sprouts a bit of a makeover by adding Riesling and bacon, if you prefer to keep things super-simple try baking vegetables all together. Don't scrimp on the roast potatoes whatever you do, and if you follow Delia's recipe yours will be simply perfect.
