It was in 1998 that Hugh's River Cottage adventures began, and he hasn't stopped since. Here at River Cottage HQ, we have a fantastic team of chefs, gardeners and many others who help make River Cottage what it is today. However, Hugh remains at the heart of all that goes on and below is just a handful of events where you can catch up with him in 2018.     Wood-Fired Cookery Course     Gill has invited Hugh to join him on 27 April for the first of his Wood-Fired Cookery Courses for 2018. Hugh will be there at the start to welcome those attending, and share his enthusiasm for this new course.    BOOK NOW >   The River Cottage Food Fair 26 - 27 May     Hugh has been getting involved with the plans for the Food Fair next May.
