| The River Cottage Food Fair will be back next May and the line-up is already shaping up to be one of the best yet. Already announced is Yotam Ottolenghi and Samin Nosrat, they'll be joined by Masterchef runners-up Billy Wright & Jack Layer, as well as Bake Off's Chetna Makan and the brilliant Calum Franklin, champion of the British pie.
Hugh will be speaking on both days and signing books, plus there'll be plenty of other familiar River Cottage faces including John Wright and Gill Meller and Steven Lamb will, of course, return as host.
