ONE DAY SOURDOUGH
On this new course, you'll learn to make perfect sourdough bread. We'll guide you through the whole process from start to finish - from choosing your flour, creating and maintaining your starter, workign with high hydration doughs, kneading, shaping, judging and of course, finally baking.
