SATURDAY Leyli Homayoonfar, is a chef of Persian-Welsh heritage and she has worked her way up in award-winning restaurants in and around Cardiff, she then moved to London to work in Michelin starred restaurants before becoming Head Chef for Jamie Oliver. With the help from her brother and sisters, she started running Persian-themed Supper Clubs in her spare time which lead to the launch of Leyli Joon & Co.
