River Cottage Chef Rob Jessop and head of events Steven Lamb were recently joined by by Sunday Times' Alessia Horwich for a One Day course at the River Cottage Cookery School.

Armed with a video camera, she enjoyed the perfect River Cottage experience. (Can't see the video?).

OUR HUGELY-POPULAR hands-on cookery courses are the perfect River Cottage experience. From one to four days we celebrate our unique approach to meat, fish, veg and baking with the expert band of chefs at Park Farm.

You will head back up the famous track with all the confidence, skills and enthusiasm to cook a wide range of delicious dishes back at home.
