Exciting times in Bristol. Hugh paid a visit to our new Canteen in the Clifton area of the city to sample the food and brief the new team after it opened for business to rave reviews last week. "An enjoyable meal, using local ingredients, and served in a relaxed but buzzing environment. What more could you want? I have a feeling that it's going to be a massive hit, and a huge boost for Whiteladies Road," said Bristol Bites. "Exactly the kind of wholesome food you'd imagine from Hugh's recipes," added Match Food and Wine.
