Hello and welcome to our latest newsletter. With the start of February comes new hope for things to come - early daffodils are showing their first flowers, buds are just beginning to form on the trees and we are eagerly awaiting the arrival of new piglets.  On the farm, we have a whole host of exciting events being planned. Our Garden Open Day on 4 April is a chance to explore the farm and hear from expert gardeners. Tickets are selling fast for our Spring Food Fair on 28-30 May, don't miss out!
It’s been a decade since we moved into Park Farm and set up our trail-blazing cookery school and events space. On 8 September, the gates of HQ will be flung open to mark this momentous milestone.
Don your apron and dive into a day of hands-on fish cookery and expert tuition at River Cottage. Courses coming up in Feb and March.   Welcome the weekend with the ultimate kitchen table supper. Friday Nights at River Cottage are a celebration of food with four delicious courses.
