Christmas recipes, food fair news and more this December from River Cottage

We have been enjoying some glorious frosty, crisp days here at River Cottage HQ. The temperatures have plummeted and many of us are keenly wishing for snow and perhaps even a white Christmas.   The Farm continues to buzz with activity as guests arrive for courses and dining events throughout December. The Christmas decorations are up and our beautiful tree takes centre stage in the courtyard. It gives the farm a thoroughly festive feel, particularly when it throws a twinkly glow in the evening.     Throughout December, members of the team will be sharing their skills.
