Our cake this week is Preserved Ginger Cake, another oldie but goodie. Originally featured in Delia's Book of Cakes it was revamped using the all-in-one method to make things even easier. The recipe makes 15 squares, but if you think it's too much, the good news is it freezes very well and you can see how to do this on our Cookery School Video here
